for the person grew up in the big city like me, did not know too much about trees things

Good side is

Downsides is
1. rack the leaves, or buy the tool to blow the leaves
2. tree doctors
3. storm would damage
4. root might damage the septic system, and got to keep an eye on it
5. and once you need to cut it down that means "big money cost" like hundreds to two thousands
   at least to deal with it. You don't do it yourself unless you are well-skilled and have proper tools.

Basically it does not say anything more than a fan blows around the house.
The further questions to this would be what kind of energy source it uses.

Till now I still prefer the electric heat.
